K1Game Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Platform User Agreement

1Definitions

To avoid any confusion about language used throughout this document, the following terms have the meanings given below whenever they appear in these Terms and Conditions:

• "K1Game" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the k1game online gaming and betting platform operating at k1game.run, including all its products, services, games, and features.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses k1game in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal k1game account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" — the PKR balance held in a Player's k1game account, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable), and any unsettled winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit granted by k1game to a Player, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions outlined in each individual promotion.
• "Real Funds" — funds deposited by the Player from their own verified payment method, not including any bonus credits.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole operating currency of the k1game platform. All balances, stakes, winnings, and payouts are denominated and settled in PKR.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under k1game's compliance and fraud-prevention policies.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator, the certified software engine that determines outcomes in k1game's casino and card game titles.

2Account Registration

To use k1game's betting and gaming services you must create a registered account. Registration is free. Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering at k1game you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address or mobile phone number, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. K1Game will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

K1Game reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. This typically applies when a withdrawal is requested above Rs 1,00,000 for the first time or when our fraud-prevention systems flag an account for review. Documents accepted for KYC include a clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification, and a selfie holding the same CNIC. Verification is generally completed within 24 hours of document submission.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual — identified by CNIC, mobile number, email address, device, or household — may hold a maximum of one k1game account. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, k1game reserves the right to merge the balances, cancel any bonus funds received across the duplicate accounts, and restrict further bonus eligibility on the surviving account.

3Eligibility

Access to k1game's real-money betting and gaming services is subject to the following eligibility conditions. Attempting to circumvent these conditions is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform. K1Game operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is not explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including k1game's own self-exclusion register. Attempting to create a new account while an existing self-exclusion is in effect is a breach of these Terms.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you must not be acting under a legal disability or under the control of a person who is prohibited from gaming.
• You must not be accessing k1game while acting in a professional capacity on behalf of a competitor platform, media organisation, or regulatory body without prior written consent from k1game management.

4Deposits & Payments

K1Game processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by k1game at any stage of the deposit process. The following payment methods are accepted:

4.1 Deposit Limits

Standard daily deposit limits apply to all k1game accounts as follows: Rs 5,00,000 per day for unverified accounts, Rs 20,00,000 per day for fully verified accounts. Players may set their own lower personal deposit limits at any time from their account settings. A reduction in limit takes effect immediately; a request to increase the limit will take 48 hours to process.

4.2 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. K1Game does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

K1Game processes withdrawal requests from a Player's real-funds balance at any time. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and processing times:

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically under 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically under 30 minutes
• Bank IBFT: within one business hour during banking hours (9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday)
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank processing schedules

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount at k1game is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. There is no upper daily withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts. For accounts that have not yet completed KYC, withdrawals above Rs 1,00,000 will be held pending successful identity verification.

6Bonuses & Promotions

K1Game offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and referral rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each individual offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out here.

6.1 General Bonus Policy

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement stated in the offer terms (typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g. 20x).
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the offer. Bonus funds that remain unconverted after the expiry date will be removed from the account without notice.
• When a withdrawal request is made with an active bonus in the account, the bonus and any associated winnings generated from it will be forfeited unless the wagering requirement has already been met.
• K1Game reserves the right to cancel a bonus if it has been obtained using fraudulent means, duplicate accounts, or in violation of these Terms.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New k1game players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus as described in the current offer on the registration page. The welcome bonus is available once per player and cannot be combined with any other welcome promotion. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is Rs 300 unless otherwise stated in the current offer.

6.3 Wagering Contribution Rates

7Betting Rules

All bets placed at k1game are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules that apply to each market. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number or an on-screen confirmation from k1game. In the event of a technical failure between placing a bet and receiving confirmation, k1game's server records will be the definitive source of truth as to whether the bet was accepted. If the server records do not confirm the bet, the stake will be returned to your account.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. These are displayed clearly in each game interface before you confirm any bet. K1Game reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts or markets at its discretion, particularly where patterns of unusual play are detected.

7.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

Where a bet has been accepted at an incorrect price due to a system error, data feed error, or human error, k1game reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. K1Game will make reasonable efforts to identify and rectify pricing errors within a reasonable time frame.

7.4 Game Results

For RNG casino and card games, the result determined by the certified random number generator at the time the round is completed is final. For live casino games, the result announced by the live dealer and confirmed on the video stream is final. For sports betting markets, results are determined by the official governing body's published match data.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at k1game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent any account restriction.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker hands, tournaments, or any player-versus-player game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance to place bets, make decisions in games, or harvest data from k1game's systems without written consent.
• Exploiting technical errors, game malfunctions, or pricing mistakes to generate unfair profits. Players who identify such errors are required to report them to k1game support immediately and must not exploit them.
• Depositing funds obtained from unlawful activity through the k1game platform. K1Game is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities.
• Abusing the referral programme by referring fictitious individuals, self-referring via secondary accounts, or any other mechanism designed to generate referral rewards not intended under the programme's standard terms.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward k1game support staff or other players in any live chat, email, or game chat environment.

9Responsible Gaming

K1Game is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gaming is meant to be an enjoyable pastime — not a source of financial pressure or personal distress. The following tools are available to every k1game account holder at no cost, accessible directly from your account settings.

10Account Suspension, Restriction & Closure

K1Game reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account at its discretion. The circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass identity verification within the required time frame
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Receipt of a chargeback from your bank or payment provider
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder
• Detection of a Player operating the account in a jurisdiction where k1game is not permitted to offer services

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, k1game will communicate with the account holder via their registered email address. Where an account is permanently closed for a breach of these Terms, any Real Funds balance may be returned to the verified payment method at k1game's discretion after all outstanding matters are resolved. Bonus Funds will not be returned in any case.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the k1game platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, video streams, and promotional material — is the intellectual property of k1game or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from k1game without prior written consent from k1game management. Scraping, data-mining, or systematically collecting data from the platform using automated tools is strictly prohibited.

12Privacy & Data Protection

K1Game collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering at k1game you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. K1Game uses 128-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k1game's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real funds deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

K1Game is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, server downtime, or device malfunctions outside k1game's direct control
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits or opportunity
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure
• Actions taken by k1game that are permitted under these Terms and Conditions

K1Game makes no warranty that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services, during which k1game will use reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible.

14Amendments to These Terms

K1Game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, k1game will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform's homepage for a period of no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the k1game platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining real-funds balance before the amendment takes effect.

The version of these Terms that applies to any specific transaction is the version that was in effect at the time the transaction was placed. Historical versions of the Terms are available on request from our support team.
